A master lecture series on "Transformative Trends in Redevelopment" was conducted on Saturday, 10 Feb 2024, for MBA RE students that cover a wide range of topics for Transformative Trends in Redevelopment related to urban redevelopment, sustainability, community engagement, and innovative design.

Urban redevelopment plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of cities, addressing societal challenges, and creating vibrant, sustainable communities, was addressed by Mr Raj. This lecture series aims to explore the transformative trends driving innovation in urban redevelopment practices worldwide. MBA RE students gained insights into cutting-edge strategies, emerging technologies, and best practices shaping urban development's future.

2. By Rajesh Gopinath-Calendar Photographer-Filmfare Middle East | Tycoon Global|

A Master Lecture series titled on “Entrepreneurship in Creative Industry” was organized on Thursday, 22 February 2024, for MBA General students and BBA students where students aspiring into the new creative industries gained valuable insights, practical skills, and actionable strategies to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship and build successful ventures in the dynamic and competitive creative sector.

The lecture explores different sales and distribution channels in innovative industries, including e-commerce, brick-and-mortar retail, and wholesale partnerships. Strategies for building effective distribution networks and managing retail relationships. International expansion and global market opportunities for fashion brands.

3. By Prof Prakash Nihalani-Professor,IIMS Nandad

A Master Lecture series titled on “Igniting Minds-A Motivational Speech for Youths” was organized on Monday, 26 February 2024, for MBA General and MBA RE students, which started on note on how the incredible power lies within each and every one of us. There is power within us to ignite minds, to spark change, and to shape the future.

As young individuals, he explained to the students that they are building blocks for tomorrow. They hold the keys to unlock a world of endless possibilities, boundless opportunities, and remarkable achievements.

He focused on a few principles like

A Master Lecture series titled on “Working Capital Management” was organized on Tuesday, 05 March 2024, for MBA General and MBA RE students, leading to An interactive session where she elaborated on managing short-term assets and liabilities, how businesses can enhance profitability, mitigate their risks, and capitalize on growth opportunities in a dynamic business environment.

With the help of Storytelling and group discussions, she explained how Effective working capital management ensures that a company has sufficient liquidity to cover its short-term obligations and operational expenses.

5. Prof Sanjay Kumar-Project Management and Infrastructure Management Expert-Reliance Infrastructure

A Master Lecture series titled “Applications in Project Management” was conducted on March 11, 2024 for MBA RE students, providing insights on project management and infrastructure management acting as an essential discipline for organizations to successfully plan, execute, and maintain projects and infrastructure assets. Prof Sanjay provided details on various practical examples of Effective management focusing on actions like strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and collaboration to achieve organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders.
